- 40ml Lime juice
- 30ml Tanqueray gin
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Mint leaves
- Shake
- Strain in glass filled with ice cubes
- Topping off with Fever-tree Ginger beer
- Garnish with mint and lemon

- 20ml Red Vermouth
- 20ml Copperhead Classic
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 dash Orange Bitters
- Stir for 30 seconds, strain in coupe.
