· ¾ Fever-Tree mediterranean
· Garnish with a sprig of  rosemary and a lime wheel

Optional
A squeeze of lime.

Sang Spritz

· 2 parts Pascual
· 3 parts prosecco
· 1 part soda or tonic water
· Garnish with a slice of grapefruit

Optional
A squeeze of lime.

SOBRIO

Sobrio Mule

· 50ml Sobrio
· 100ml Fever-Tree ginger ale
· Garnish with mint leaves and 
  a slice of lime.

Optional

Sobrio Tonic

· 50ml Sobrio
· 100ml premium tonic
· Garnish with a sprig of  rosemary and a lime wheel

Optional
A squeeze of lime.

Sobrio Spritz

· 1 part soda or tonic water

To make this cocktail use a shaker with ice.

  • 60ml Sang De Pascual
  • 40ml Lime juice
  • 30ml Tanqueray gin
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Mint leaves
    • Shake
    • Strain in glass filled with ice cubes
  • Topping off with Fever-tree Ginger beer
  • Garnish with mint and lemon

Here @servedbysoberon created a nice riff on the martinez, using Sang De Pascual, Sweet Vermouth, Copperhead Classic and Bitters.

  • 50ml Sang De Pascual
  • 20ml Red Vermouth
  • 20ml Copperhead Classic
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters
    • Stir for 30 seconds, strain in coupe.

  • Crush well
  • Fill the glass with ice 
  • 70ml Sang De Pascual
  • Top off with sparkling water
  • Garnish with lime wheel
