Here @servedbysoberon created a nice riff on the martinez, using Sang De Pascual, Sweet Vermouth, Copperhead Classic and Bitters.
- 50ml Sang De Pascual
- 20ml Red Vermouth
- 20ml Copperhead Classic
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 dash Orange Bitters
- Stir for 30 seconds, strain in coupe.
